Curse

Curse, this is my entry for the GameDevTV game jam 2022. The theme was "Death is only the beginning" and was the result of my first ever gamejam. I choose to enter this game jam because it was one of the more lengthy ones being 10 days. Perfect amount of time for a current hobbyist with a full time job and family. Tools I used were Unity and Aseprite, Game design, programming, art and animations all done by me :)

My goal for the game jam was to just complete it and get something submitted, I achieved this but to be honest the end result was not what I had planned. I fell it to the classic trap of thinking too big and over committing and so the final result is only a bare skeleton of what I had planned. I did enjoy particpating in the game jam and learnt alot, though for my next jam ill focus on a cool fun mechanic that I can focus on.
